-Great, inexpensive product
Along with the car charger adapter (which comes with a "roll-up" cord), I also bought the plug-in wall adapter, and the AV cable to watch ipod movies on TVs at the same time, from the same vendor. The whole deal, including shipping was under ..... I saw a similar package at ....


I gave it a 4 because the plastic covering appears cheap, and it seems to get warm after charging for a while, but it works great (also applies to the wall charger). For it's price though, I could buy 10 or more of these before I spend as much as the Apple brand.

-Works fine
This device is fine for charging an iPod in your car. Every now and then, our iPod turns up in the car juiceless. When that happens, we just pull out this device and plug it in, and within seconds, the iPod comes back to life. It looks and feels like cheap plastic, but it works as advertised, and we have had no problems with it after 6 months of use.

--Product does what you expect it to do! It charges your ipod, and at a fraction of the price of the name brand alternatives.

The charger works great! I wish the cord was longer though. I use it on my mini and video ipod. No problem
